In an undergraduate in Business Information Technology (BIT) with certificates in Ubiquity and Mikrotik. I have a year experience as a help desk assistant and 2 years as network administrator. Currently i am working for an ISP company around Mbabane as a Network operations technician (remotely monitoring and troubleshooting of network on both CPE and site premises). I also have experience in CISCO.
